| All enquires about hiring rooms can be made with Stephen Constantinou, on 07990 628 096 or e-mail him lettingsclerk@swanseaquakers.org. Please mention you have obtained the number from this web site. If Stephen is not there when you ring, please leave a message with a contact number for Stephen to get back to you. | Some Notes to Help You | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 1) | Three rooms are available for hire. One–off bookings are payable in advance, together with a refundable security deposit. For availability and room hire costs, please contact the Lettings Clerk. |

| 2) | Rooms are not let to any individual, group or organisations whose beliefs, purposes or activities would not be acceptable to Quakers. | |||||||||||||||||||||
| 3) | For regular groups there is the option of storage facilities at a small extra charge. | |||||||||||||||||||||
| 4) | The building is wheelchair accessible via the kitchen. There is an appropriately adapted toilet. | |||||||||||||||||||||
| 5) | The kitchen is for use by all groups. It has instant hot water; crockery; cutlery; oven; hob; microwave. What you use you must clean after you. Please bring your own consumables, such as tea, milk, coffee etc. | |||||||||||||||||||||
| 6) | Alcohol is never allowed in a Quaker Meeting House. This rule will never be overlooked. If you wish to have a party/get together with alcohol you will not want this venue. Sorry. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 8) | Thinking of making a booking! – First check your dates are available by telephoning 07990 628 096 or e–mailing the lettingsclerk@swanseaquakers.org. Click here, to find out which forms you need to download, complete, sign and return. At the momemt all forms have to be signed and returned in the post. If you are very IT orientated you could download, print out, complete, sign, scan in, and e–mail the forms back to me. Otherwise you will need to post them. There are two types of booking, a one–off or ongoing and each has is own booking form. | |||||||||||||||||||||
